  • Strong analytical skills to discuss the requirements with clients and be able to gather & document the requirements.
  • The candidate should be able to interact and pitch/convince potential clients based in international market.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to well communicate with customers across the globe. (USA, Europe, UAE, Singapore etc)
  • Build good relations with the existing client & up sell company’s other services.
  • Well versed in creating wire-frames, flow charts, data flow diagrams etc.

  • Should be able to lead customer conversation around technical architecture and hosting
  • Respond to follow up customer queries related to product funcationality, security , infrastructure, authentication, app. development methodology and others.
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies is mandatory.

    Funcational Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding customer requirements and mapping the organizations offerings and/or proposing custom solutions.
  • Conduct and drive presentations and demos of our products and offerings.
  • Create appropriate artifacts from time to time to improve and refine the proposal repository/database.
  • Responding to RFPs and RFIs and also Preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) and also Prepare effort estimates (in consultation with the technical team, if required).
  • Creation of appropriate collaterals (Presentations, Product demos, Demo videos, Whitepapers, Demo scripts) to enable the sales team with first line of sales-pitch and demos.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis and assist the sales team with the creation and execution of specific sales & marketing strategies.
  • Conceptualizing the prototype/pilot based on the customer requirements and driving the implementation of the same with the technical and other teams (UI etc.)
  • Upon winning a project, the Pre-sales consultant will be required to participate in the requirements gathering exercise along with a project manager.
